Q1’s Recruiting Process is Thorough and Competent Q1 has a dedicated team of specialized technical recruiters and account managers. Once the need for resources is identified by our sales team/account managers we review our current in house consultants to see if we might have anyone rolling off of a project or on the bench. Our next step would be to look for referrals from current consultants and search our internal database of available candidates. In addition to our in- house consultants, referrals and database we also utilize the internet and social media to source potential candidates. Once a candidate is identified we have procedures in place to ensure an exact match for the position which includes an initial interview process, technical screen and reference check.
