On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Q1Tech had the privilege of hosting the team from Joint Women’s Programme at our workplace as part of our CSR initiative.
The NGO showcased beautiful products created by talented and resilient women entrepreneurs, and it was truly inspiring to witness the enthusiasm with which our employees came forward to support the cause. The participation, meaningful conversations, and encouragement extended to the artisans made the initiative incredibly rewarding.
As part of the celebration, we also distributed appreciation cards to all our female employees, a small gesture to recognize the incredible contributions they make every day.
